How it started...
It all started with some leftover sweet potatoes - Hello and welcome! My name is Kay and this micro-bakery is an idea stemmed from me experimenting a variety of sweet potatoes in baking, which gradually transitioned to creating reduced-sugar goods inspired by some of my favorite flavors from childhood and living in New York City. Most existing baked goods often contain too much added sugar that are not palatable to many. In contrast, I strive to curate a balanced sweetness in my treats that allow you to enjoy without taking in excess sugar.
You will find my treats to be not too sweet and with delicate flavors. Currently doing seasonal dessert boxes based on selected monthly themes. More baked goods are being tested in my home kitchen in New York. Look out for new announcements and stay tuned!
