🛒How do I order?

Order seasonal treats via Instagram direct message, Google Form or Hotplate. Direct order via messaging and Google Form are preferred.

For orders eligible for shipping: Please allow 1 - 3 days of processing and packing time. You will receive confirmation emails once payment and shipment are completed.


💳What payment method do you accept?

For general, direct order via DM and Google Form: Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and CashApp. Please note a 50% deposit or full payment is required to process order.

For Hotplate: Select your preferred payment on hotplate. 


📦How do I receive my order?

Local pickup is available ONLY for buyers located in New York City-South Brooklyn or Lower Manhattan. Specific pickup locations are listed on Google Form and Hotplate. No rescheduling of pickup as each order is planned and baked fresh.

Shipping is only available for certain items. Shipping within New York state is available via USPS Priority Mail and all fees are included (extra cost for express shipping). Shipping only on Monday/Tuesdays. A tracking number will be provided once available. Unfortunately delivery delays do happen and are beyond our control. We hope your order will arrive within 1-3 business days.

No international shipping.


🍪How long do your baked goods last?

Because all products are made without additional sugar and preservatives, most of them taste the best within three days from the date they are made. You can refrigerate the desserts for longer shelf life and reheat accordingly. However, please still consume as soon as you can to avoid any spoilage.


🍵What is the shelf life for your teas?

For optimal quality, please consume our tea blends within 2 months of arrival. Keep leftover tea bags or loose tea leaves in a dry area away from sun and heat.

Rezip the packaging when not in use for a longer shelf life.
