Tea's Tea Plus Half & Half Review: Lemonade, Peach, Coconut, Grape

November 29, 2013

Tea's Tea is one of the well-known Japanese bottled tea beverage brands in the US. When you walk into an Asian supermarket, either it's Japanese, Korean, or Chinese, you will see the brand somewhere on the shelf.

They have a few lines available, unsweetened, plus, classic, low calorie, and latte. Luckily I had a chance earlier to try a few from the plus line so I would know what to get next time.

Green Tea with Lemonade
It's my favorite out of the four. Green tea really goes well with lemonade. This product is really natural, not overly sugary like the regular half and half lemonade you would see in the Deli; I even think it's better than the Starbuck's green tea lemonade.

Green Tea with Coconut
It's definitely weird in the first sip. The tea tastes a little sour somehow. But then after you keep drinking, it gets a little better. The flavor of coconut water is stronger than the green tea.

Green Tea with Peach
My second favorite among the four. It's a really light tea with subtle tints of peach flavors. It's nice to have after eating a heavy meal. It's quite refreshing.

Green Tea with Grape

It tastes just like grape juice, but less sugary. However, I don't really taste the tea. But overall I like this combination. I hesitated to try it because it's grape and tea, but I'm glad I made this choice.

Tea's Tea Plus has 6 flavors, but I only got to try 4 of them. Let me know if you've had the Green Apple and/or Cherry flavor.
